How do I add a photo to my Photo Gallery?

Madcaps allows you to use ANY PHOTO THAT IS ALREADY ONLINE.
You can use photos posted at myspace.com, flickr.com, photobucket.com, friendster.com and more.

Step 1: Find the Photo Online

With your browser, find the photo online that you would like to use in a Madcap.

Step 2: Copy the Location of the Photo

Copying images is different depending on the browser that you are using. At this time, we have instructions for Internet Explorer, Firefox and Netscape.

1. Right click (MAC - Option+click) on the photo you want to use.
2. Choose Properties in the menu that appears.

3. In the Properties Window, select (with your mouse) the text next to the Address: (URL) property.

1. Click on the Photos link on the Madcaps menu. (You must sign up and be logged in)
2. Paste the location you copied in Step 2 into the Add New Photo Link field. Click on ADD NEW.

3. In the Photo Settings tool, center the face in the oval shape. Use the mouse to drag the photo into the center and use the sliders to Scale and Rotate. Type the name as you want it to appear in the Gallery (only Alpha characters will show up.)
