Madcaps.com is a free service for the people. A shining beckon in the vast crap factory that is the world wide web. Don’t get us wrong, we would never bite the hand that feeds us but a nibble now and again helps to keep things in perspective. Unencombered by higher knowledge or common sense, Madcaps.com strives to deliver a tool to empower the release of the inner rock star in all of us. We believe in delivering quality work to amuse and entertain. The single most important goal being to unify millions with the uncontrollable urge to enjoy a good laugh and share that laugh with those they hold dear.

A Service to the Members

The Accounting Department has been adamant about charging a per use fee for using the Madcaps.com service. However, being artists, we have nor the skill or desire to learn how to evaluate the monetary value of the work contained within these virtual walls. This is in part why we don’t host or allow for the uploading of photos to the photo libraries. We instead ask that you embed the photos from your pages and the pages of your friends. This helps keep down the web hosting fees.

A free service has lead to the inevitable inclusion of advertisers’ messages in order to pay the over head and continue to produce new Madcaps on a regular basis. In view of this, you, the visitor and hopefully member of the Madcaps.com site, may feel quite free to peruse and patronize our advertising links liberally. By reading our ads you may avail yourself of a convenient service, which you may have heretofore neglected. There may be something of interest to you when you least expect it. And remember, at all times we are eager to serve you and preserve your membership to our service.
